If you were trained as an engineer or an accountant in another country, VCC’s Professional and Career English Department has a new program for you. The courses focus on communication skills in the workplace, such as speaking with colleagues or presenting new ideas.
The courses run from July 18 to November 3, 2011, two nights a week at VCC’s Downtown Campus. Because this is a new program, the course will be free this time. Outreach students need Upper Advanced level English or higher to get in.
All students who are interested must attend an information session at the Downtown Campus. The next dates for sessions about Communication for Engineering are June 22, 28 and July 4 at 6:30 pm.
